  • Making fluffy and light mashed potatoes

To make mash fluffy and light, just add 1 tsp of baking powder per 1 kg of potatoes.

  • Peel Garlic Cloves

To peel garlic cloves quicker, microwave them first for 10 sek. They pop out of their skin instantly.

  • When cooking cabbage or cauliflower

Add a bay leaf to the pot. It will help to stop the strong cooking smells, and add a hint of herby flavour.
